On the transfer list at Compensation Utd, bit of a pik#y but could be worth a punt, good scoring record as well....discuss!

    Games (goals)
    2002–2005 Sheffield United 2 (0)
    2005 - Rushden & Diamonds (loan) 16 (9)
    2005–2007 S****horpe United 82 (53)
    2007– Sheffield United 51 (8)
    Ramage for England

How is 8 goals in 51 appearances a good scoring record? Take the hat trick against us out of his record last season and it reads 1 goal in 21 appearances.

Hmmmmmmm 70 goals in 151 appearances (14 as a sub) a goal every 2.1 games, most people would bite your hand off :what:

But the majority of those were in League One.

When Sheffield United bought him it was the same risk that WBA are taking now by signing Simon Cox. You might have bought yourself someone who scores for fun in lower leagues but can he make the step up into the Championship? We will soon find out if Cox can do it but Sharp has proven he hasn't got what it takes to score regularly in the Championship. As I said his record in the Championship is 8 in 51, which is worse than what we already have.
