they seem to think JM has had a bid accepted for one of their forwards, Lisbie or Counago. Any truth ?

Stead or Walters could be a good signing ;D
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

Stead would be excellent, big and strong and holds the line well but they seem to think it is Counago or Lisbie.

I'm sure he said that he didn't want anyone from there, unless his running out of options.

He laughed at me when I asked the question when he joined.

              Not Walters again is it?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Please not Stead! Didn't anyone see him in Blackburn and Sunderland? Absolutely useless. Ok last season but 6 in 19 matches isn't much to brag about.

No way this man is far better than what we already have... A stay away in my view.

Most sources of interner conjecture are suggesting that Swansea, not QPR, are the side who have made an offer. It seems we are linked purely because of the JM connection. Still if it is us, let's hope its Conuago and not Lisbie.

                          Counago for me.

And this from an Ipswich fan:

For me, selling Pablo would be a mistake.
We seem to have a squad which lacks creative vision. Pablo and Owen Garvan are probably our two most creative players. If the ball gets played into Pablos feet - rather than hoofed forward for him to chase - he can destroy teams with his ability to turn defenders who are tight on him and his vision for a killer pass. I agree he doesnt score enough but he has never been an out and out scorer. Also he gets a number of free kicks for the team in dangerous positions.
I think that given the right service, Pablo gives us an option that no other team in this division has up front and it would be a mistake to let him leave - especially to another team in our division.
