  • 150% not pardew

Just had a chat with someone very very very much in the know.

Does not post anymore but has asked me to relay this information.

Apparently it's not Alan Pardew he is not on the short list or indeed has even been interviewed.

My source is bloody reliable, also no announcement now for at least another week.

Bookies often try and balance the books...Maybe they've had influx of money on Magilton and the ones who see 11-8 for Pardew will have a bet

Longer this goes on, the more I think Madge is not coming

I'd guess it's more to do with his agents touting around his name.

I'd imagine he is keen to get back into football.

My source mentioned that it's far from a done deal at the moment and it looks like Dazzer was spot on regarding Flavio interviewing potential candidates yesterday.

Seems we are still very much in the hunt.

It could be (not 100%) that the potential new boss is currently employed hence a hold up and compensation...but people will continue to speculate.

Please excuse my wording it's vague for the obvious reasons.

Di Matteo then - the obvious candidate from the off - 100% fulfills Flavs criteria of being young and up coming, italian with good knowledge of the English game, plays football the right way, had an outstanding season last year.

Well what a surprise - I disappear for a week's vacation, scour the red tops daily for news and come home to what? Nothing beyond the usual waffle.
The only thing of any note that's happened is bumping into a WATRB moderator in the middle of Portugal - so hi QPR James, hope you had a decent trip home, good to meet you and yours and keep up the record of finding some fellow hoops no matter what country I go to for my holidays!
