Since Flav and the boys have taken over we have had our fill of so called 'just the type of manager we need' excluding LDC. They have failed, now Flav has to deliver the right man or we are on the same track as this season, 3 0r 4 managers. Thats not the way to go forward, a top man, experienced, has a proven record, respected and someone who potentially will attract big names to W12.
