Of the young English managers in the lower leagues I have to say I am consistently impressed with the Scunny Manager - Nigel Adkins I think. Plays good football and seems to keep his team challenging on a tiny budget.

not going to happen, good idea maybe if we were on a tight budget mate like pre takeover but now we have a "brand image" to uphold apparently.

Tilsons a good manager and does well with small budget and plays the loan feild as well he can.I think it would take a big job to pull him from the Shrimpers.

Sousa had never been in charge of a leauge team dave penney has 385 times and Tilson has 232 under his belt they both have very good win records, and all these BIG managers didnt someone give them a good once too

Couldnt have a Young Manager as he would be trampled over by the board.
Its either a Big Name, that the board wouldnt get rid of as the payoff would cost too or someone with experience
