All the top clubs probably with exception of Arsenal are guilty, Man city will get a £50.00 fine and let off as they play nice football. where as the poor old common fan get rammed up the jacksy a fine they cant afford and sent to hell.

Bigger the club the more scared the authorities are that the club will get a consortium together of similar sized club and form their own league. Plus owners/major sponsors of big clubs are powerful in their home country, countries that often end up winning the world cup bids.

Thus a suspended sentance and fine of £4.89 paid over 5 years are dished out for overspending by £5000000000000.

We on the other hand have owners that can't even influence our own council to support a new stadium. No wonder we get told £48m please.
