  • Queens Park Rangers striker's loan may be made permanent

Watford have re-signed Heidar Helguson on loan for the rest of the season – and we understand the popular striker’s third spell at Vicarage Road may extend beyond that.

so watford will wait till the end of the season when he is another year older and say "you can't really expect us to give you any money for him at his age? how about we just take him off your hands for free?" And we will agree.

Fine about him going as long as it means we get shot of Pellicori and Agyman - or better still, they are both just shot - and Vine is at least loaned out. Oh, and that decent replacements are brought in. Otherwise slightly odd to off-load your second best striker whose scoring rate this season is way, way better than our third choice striker.
