  • Loan Signings - Rumour

Friend just sent a text stating that Caleb Folan & Daniel Cousins will be signing on loan. He is normally right with his gossip, although I have no idea where he gets his information from.

Cant say if these two will set the Championship alight, Cousins could be a disruptive influence in the dressing room (if we do sign them)

as i don't think we will go down, unless the board want to bring in the players that will get us up people such as this are a waste of money and just clutter up our squad with yet more mediocre players. we already have far too many. if this is the choice rather give balanta some experience and try to coax vine and helguson back to form.

                  [edit] Hull City

Cousin playing for Hull City in 2009On 1 September 2008, Cousin signed for English Premier League side Hull City on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around £3 million.[17] Cousin scored his first Hull goal against Arsenal at the Emirates stadium on Saturday 27 September 2008. His header was the decisive goal and helped to exalt Hull City to a historic 2–1 victory over Arsenal. He scored against Manchester United at Old Trafford before scoring again at home to Manchester City. On 1 September 2009, a loan deal to premiership rivals Burnley FC fell through. [18] On 6 September 2009 he confirmed interest in sealing a loan switch to Cardiff City if Dave Jones asked for his services. However it now appears likely that he will be joining Flavio Briatore's West London circus, also known as Queens Park Rangers. The Sporting Director at the Loftus Road outfit,Gianni "The Waiter"Paladini,is putting the finishing touches to the deal,in his usual professional manner.
