To get in top 6 you need to have good home and reasonable away form cant rely on home form alone my friend. 30 points away from should have been possible. Look at Blackpools away record puts our to shame.

In fact Paulo's away record is not that bad, though it dipped recently.

Personally think its our home form that cost us. The crowd paid more and expected better. They did not get it. That leads to a degree of expectation from the home fans, which must put pressure on the players.

We have a better home record than Sheffield United, but they are 7 places better off. You can't be promoted on home performances alone.

Pete how come some of the players admit the away record is shocking and are embarassed by it, i am not naming names but i suggest you ask them your self, you might then agree with us all. Sorry to be having ago but you need to get 30 points away from home to stand a chance of top 6 plus a decent home record which ours is reasonable.

CaRLISLE at home

Man Utd Away

plus Derby/Blackpool away
