  • What Style Of Football Can We Expect From Hart?

De Canio too forward thinking for many, but exciting

Dowie more agressive style, fitter team and longer ball.

Ainsworth..Character and spirit installed in the players

Sousa..More concentration on not losing the game, and defending

Magilton..From the back, nice silky football, and attractive to watch, though obviously lost his rag, when things were not going well.

    So what style Hart??

If he could only blend Magiltons' with Sousas' style that would be perfect. Too much to ask ?

We had a defensive approach this time last year with sousa and look where that got him. We want loads of goals and loads of clean sheets, this all has to be achieved within 3 months. Any longer and it will be too boring to watch

yep, and them 0-0's would of turned into 1 & 2-0's this season under sousa. With Adel, simpson, routledge and buzz back from injury, sousa would have had the players to win more games. Trouble is with our board and fans is that patience is off the menu.

Watching negative football last season might not of been entertainging for some, but thats how a solid and sucessful side is built, shore up at the back then the goals will follow, and we might only need 1 to win a game, rather than 2 or 3

Paul Hart's football will see us end up in mid table as usual.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.
