Flavio come clean and appoint Ainsworth on the basis that he will coach the side and Flavio will have a say in the picking it. Tell us all that Paldini will be the main Buyer and seller of players and see what happens..... At least this way no one will be questioning every signing or side picked and if as most people feel it falls on its bottom by lets say, christmas next year, he can move off, sit in his comfy chair and allow a manager or ainsworth to do what they are paid to do..... However if it works he might just might be able to stick 2 fingers up to the lot of as and say i told you say!!!
