Did anyone notice how animated Ramsey was at the end of the game - punching the air and hugging and high fiveing every player. I think he knew if he'd lost that one the pressure would start to krank up a few notches. A win on Saturday against what looks like a poor side in Rotherham should buy him some time from the hate mob on here!!!

I think showing he cares should be the minimum requirement... I sometimes have thought he has been a bit of a wet fish in interviews and doesnt show enough passion so to see him smiling and celebrating is just what was needed.

Every time I've seen him he is always stood there with his arms crossed. Either way, the passion he showed last night after the final whistle was great to see. Hopefully that has given him and the squad a bit of confidence going into the next game against Rotherham.

Spot on. Refreshing from the c rap that Redknapp served up while in charge. I've had my doubts about Ramsey for a while. Its always difficult moving from coach to manager. For every Brendan Rogers there's probably two or three Gary Waddocks that have not been able to bridge that gap. I for one hope he does well as he seems a decent fella.

To be fair football is played on the pitch, not the media suite. Probably a bit shy or something, not everyone can be Mourinho in front of the cameras. Jury is still out for me on Ramsey, but if he does the business with the squad on the pitch, I personally couldn't give a t*ss what goes on in the media room.

If you picked a team and sent them out to perform and they failed to put in a tackle in a half and let the opposition dominate them would you be happy - no, so body language = arms folded, teeth grinding or stand and shout abuse at them non stop - the former is the better option then get stuck into them at half time with a few behind closed doors home truths - come out second half and do the job you were asked to do and the gaffer is going to be happy, show some passion and let off some steam, no?
