The board followed closely by Harry. There was no plan and Harry just wasn't interested anymore. We were screwed for day dot this year.
Players have tried this year 90% of the time but we just massively lacked quality and poor tactics throughout the season have cost us repeatedly.

Cant argue with any of that , i voted for Redknap ( and the appalling style of football he resided over ) , but i can 100% see your point the buck stops at Tony
