I don't think you can pair Rio and Clint in the centre of defence because they are both slow. You need one fast player there. Either Ned or Caulker is really a must. I'd also go to 442 and play BZ (if fit) or Vargas in place of Sandro (or Henry). I think it is a mistake to play so defensively (two holding midfielders) at home. You've got to give it a go on your own patch.

Stuck between playing a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-4-2 for this one. Only reason being zamora normally plays well against a arsenal defence who hate the ball in the air.

i take the point about the CB pairing. But 4231 isn't a defensive set up. The exact opposite given the lack of pace in our squad. Sunderland away. It has four attacking players. Even if Charlie's ability to play in that system is limited. Arsenal would cream us if we don't have an effective two person shield in front of the defence. And we are so static, lacking pace up front, in 442. To only play one of Sandro and Henry would be suicidal. Not that Sandro will be fit to play......
