just seen on bbc Sutherland has completed a loan move (for a month) to AFC Wimbledon. i think he is a great player showing promise. i think we need to start focusing and pumping money into our youth and future, look how well southampton are doing.

Think players like Sutherland, Harriman, Ehmer etc should have been given more of a chance last year in the championship when we were struggling to keep pace at the top. Too late to throw them in now so we'll never know if they would have been good enough

If it is the case that Sherwood is waiting in the wings I can see us giving the youth a chance maybe next season.

Frankie Sutherland is one of our better prospects but was played in a very withdrawn role on Monday in front of back four and did not look happy..good to see him out on loan to gain league experience.

Southampton have done well using their academy but they still bought a few in. In my opinion, they have a great mix in their squad and use the kids wisely.

They are the club we should be using as a blueprint.
