Karl Henry has labelled Queens Park Rangers’ defeat to Liverpool as “unprofessional” and revealed how the club’s players accused each other of making mistakes an under-11s team would be embarrassed about.

QPR twice equalised in the final 10 minutes, only to allow Liverpool to score a 95th-minute winner to keep Harry Redknapp’s side rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table.

Henry claims Redknapp ripped into his players, who also held their own inquest, and admits he should have hacked down Raheem Sterling in the build-up to Liverpool’s second goal – even if it had resulted in a red card.
