Was chatting to a boro fan last week and he says they're all over the shop, Carrick has run out of ideas and lost the drive of the players in what ideas he did have. Seem to be on the puzzle bus also.
Hopefully we have a striker fit enough to at least start the match. I'd persist with Yang and Saito, Save Smyth to sub on for the Alfie who seems to be the best chance of starting.

Jimmy would certainly be as good as Frey on the physical side, or better. He's got an eye for goal too.Originally posted by daveshads View PostCan't be confident going into the game but in this league you never know. In the spirit if goodwill, I really think that Jimmy should move on (upwards) at the end of the season. He has done us proud. Somebody else suggested it but how about trying Jimmy at CF? Stick him in the middle upfront and tell him to put himself about. At least the team would have a focal point and he would worry the hell out of some defenders.
Jimmy up top and Madsen number 10 - sorted!!Last edited by SheepRanger; 11-03-2025, 02:50 PM.

Good shout......he had an eye for goal last season in the Belgium league. Anything is worth a go.Originally posted by LoftusRoadLad View PostWithout a striker we are gonna have to adapt and play on the ground, unless we put Madsen there ? Might suit him ?

its certainly gonna be painful watching on Saturday if we don’t play a strikerOriginally posted by shaggy24 View Post
I’d hope we have enough now as bottom 3 form needs to rapidly improve given they average under point a game 3 more points sufficient but I’d rather finish strong. At least chair can have a meal before ko tonight every time he goes on religious fast he’s pony
see who’s upfront tonight I’d give one of the kids a game almost a freebie

Judging on our last few games I can't see anything else bar a loss , but we live in hope .
Sometimes our team pulls one out of the bag .
We need a break .
fingers crossed we get something today .
