“They've got really good players that will present another tough challenge and one we can look forward to and also it'll be our first foray into Birmingham because we've not been there yet this season and the new boys haven’t seen it, so it will be their first time there.

PRE-MATCH STATS- Coventry and QPR haven’t faced since the 2010/11 season, with the Hoops winning both matches on their way to winning the Championship title that year.
- QPR are looking to win consecutive away league matches against Coventry for only the second time, also doing so in a run of three between 1992 and 1995.
- Coventry have lost their first home league match of the season in just two of the last 18 seasons, losing to Scunthorpe in 2018/19 and Leicester in 2011/12.
- QPR will be looking to win their opening two league games of a season for the first time since 2016/17, beating Leeds and Cardiff without conceding.
- Coventry manager Mark Robins has never beaten QPR in his league managerial career in six previous matches against them (D1 L5).

It’s the kind of game that could go either way.
it’s live on sky and on a Friday, neither have good stats for QPR, but I am reasonably hopeful that we will win the game (mainly because it is at St Andrew’s and we have a decent recent record there).

This is exactly the type of game we would have lost last season,we managed wins against the top teams but had a terrible record against the bottom teams .
I expect Coventry to be fighting Relegation and their aim for the season is to stay up ( probably). This match could be a scrap with one goal winning it

Coventry must have something about them if they can field two totally different teams in a few days and be competitive in both games. Shouldn’t be taken lightly!

Was going to watch the game on TV in Edinburgh , they changed it to a midday ko for sky ,I was in the lounge in Heathrow there was about 30 mins left . I went up to the TV and tried to get it on then messed up the TV . I ran down to the other end of lounge around 20 or so kids watching the screen and I turn it on to the football . Think we won 0-2 ... Big fella walks up to me at the end of the game and sayes " alright if my kids watch their cartoons now" , he was well angry . Tried to explain and he just walked off with the remote

We've played them 120 times previously then!? That's quite a lot isn't it?
