I mentioned in the match thread before kick off that I expected Wells to be subbed out after playing 90 minutes in Bermuda then 78 minutes in Panama in blistering heat and humidity last week!

I don't think Lumley's mistake changed the game. Luton needed half time to regroup and where always going to come out fighting. We still had more and better chances second half. Hugill missed a few golden opportunities and it's not the first time he's done that. Why was Wells taken off when he was on for a hatrick? We looked scared second half, not sure why, just hope we have calmer display over 90mins against Wall.

Of course it did , complete game changer , Luton would still have come out 2nd half fighting but we wouldn’t have been so nervy at 3 0 .

Luton had to go to a plan B or certainly change their game plan
on the other hand who would at 3_0 at h/t would goto plan B

the need for concentration for 97 mins.

Problem is we don't learn.In over 50 years of support except a few seasons always the same no matter who the players are or who the manager is.

We just can't manage games at 3-0 up should be game set and match,why is this any answers ?

Who'd be a keeper , agree his mess up changed the game sure it's his job to save them but also hugills to hit the target..... Stick with Lumley as kelly untested at this level

There’s the problem - our plan B option is Kelly who looks pony. Bring back Sir Smithies!

I too have reservations about Kelly, but would still like to see him play a 1st team league game or two to help make up my mind.

I think Vorm is still available if he is without a club and he could make a good back up plan.

Smithies is now in Cardiff's starting line up so there is very little, if any chance of getting him back.
