The popular consensus is he is doing his 150 hours community service punishment in Belgium.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

20 days work at 7.5hrs a day. He'll be done inside three weeks if he can do 7 days a week.

He'll have a clean slate before the transfer window closes!!

So are we reckoning that he won't play on Saturday? We really need his creativity with Willock gone.

So no one believes that he’s got a back injury?

He could well have a bad back after picking up all that litter in Brussels.

I tend to lean to the "unofficial" news that he is doing his community services, so that this does not come in the way of a transfer, should an offer pop up in the last days of the transfer window. However, both the back injury and the community work might be true at the same time. It could be a small injury that has kicked off the idea to get the community service done now while he recovers.

I think we need to get used to the idea that Chair will leave. The club has been very vocal about optimising the value of its assets. We do not want to see players run down their contracts and leave for free. Hence, both Chair and JCS will leave during this window, unless they agree to prolong their existing agreement (or we do not get offers that reflect the real value of these players or the offers comes so late we cannot find replacements).

Since Chair will likely leave, we are desperately short of attacking reinforcements, including at least three wide players as I see it (two on the left and one on the right side, as I think Kolli will be sent out on loan, provided he sign a new contract). I think there will be a lot of activity between now and 1st September. It is such a greatly pity that we seem to miss out on the loan deal for the bloke from Palace with the difficult name. However, I agree to the idea of spending our big money on players we can develop and sell for profit, rather than spending the big money on loans, and leave for other clubs to cash in on QPRs development work. However, a few incoming loans for reasonable fees will likely arrive.

Well frankly we need the break cos currently we are not at it - half the team are out of sorts and off the pace. Hopefully the buckshee EFL R2 game and the international break give Marti an opportunity to sort them out.

You are not wrong at all but the fact that we need a break after 1 league match is a concern. I've said it before but we were simply not ready for the season to start and I understand the reasons. The transfer window should shut before the season starts.

“He is a very important player for us and we want him to stay. He knows that and I’m sure that he will stay here,” Cifuentes said.

                            Interesting?

Spot on never at the races v Brom and although we got a win v Cambridge Walsh kept us in it

during break were better off having couple of friendly matches behind doors and get some pattern into our game we don’t look fit imo
