Remove the integrity, loyalty, all in waffle and it wouldn't have been nearly as bad. People don't like being conned, and unfortunately that's what it is, the guy lied, he's full of #### and this will hurt his rep for years to come.

In many ways he's taken a huge punt on himself, if Rangers don't succeed he may well be finished as a manager.
