Billy Reid does all the heavy lifting at Brighton, Potter is just a sort of mannequin and decoration. I would be happy to get Reid in as our gaffer.

Anybody can lead Malmö to victory, they are Manchester City in Sweden. They are way ahead of other teams in Sweden moneywise. Not so impressed with him had a good squad when they played in champions leauge.

Pretty standard tactics from the board…moot some terrible options to suitably lower expectations and then everyone’s grateful / relieved when we get some one mediocre like Manning in

From all the names mentioned in our hunt for a new manager id actually be most happy with Liam Manning. The way he conducts himself is somewhat similar to Warburton, he talks very well, has a calming presence and this being at the age 36. Yes he could be seen as inexperienced but you can’t help but look at what he’s done at the teams he’s been in charge of, more or less turned them around in a season. The main thing for me is he was part of the City Football Group coming up learning his trade; and that lot do not hire idiots.

3rd favourite now with sky bet for what it's worth. Someone must have had a fiver on him. Totally uninspiring record.

Totally agree, if the next head coach/manager fails Ferdinand should walk out the door with him. Aside from Warburton all his appointments have failed including the one Fernandes appointed or took the rap for.

And no it isn’t hindsight, Warburton should have had the job offered to him when we were getting relegated and he was leaving Brentford. Some of us called for that. Warnock or Jokanovic were also called for on here instead of JFH. As I recall not many wanted Holloway back in charge either.
