    True, and for that reason we'll probably sell Chaz imo. Can't see TF & co. turning their nose up at the cash. Sadly I doubt we'll replace him with someone as prolific though.

      But someone has to start somewhere. We bought charlie for £4.5 mill so there are deals to be done. I agree the board will take the offer and that is the sensible move. Making Charlie stay to hedge our bets on all or nothing scenario next season where if we fail to go up charlie walks and we are in an even worse position to now is too much of a risk, massively shortsighted (in terms of only looking at next season) and certainly doesnt fit in with the new "well run club" philosophy (taking the offer allows reinvestment, charlie walking means we have to invest money from the boards pockets)
