Absolutely no relevance whatsoever. That's like saying because Shevchenko scored 100 of goals at Milan you can make a comparison to suggest that he'd do the same in England. The Championship is the 4th highest watched league in Europe (behind Spain, Germany and the Premiership) and is deemed by experts as more competitive than the top divisions in Scotland, France and Portugal. Success in the Championship is much harder than success in Serie B or any of the other European 2nd divisions.

Sirpie good stats that show that QPR would almost certainly have fared much better this season if Sousa had not had his contract terminated.
We might not all have seen such great football as we did in October with Magilton, but it would have been better than last season with players such as Routledge, Buzsaky, Tarrabt & Simpson (presuming they would all have been signed on for Sousa). And we definitely would have kept some more clean sheets and lost far less games along with consistancy than we did by appointing Magilton. |

Always toff my hat to Dowie for bringing in John Harbin for that. Though Sousa should also take credit for recognising the great work he was doing with the players fitness and continuing that relationship after Dowie was sacked. Last edited by W12_Ranger; 09-02-2010 at 10:43 AM. |
