Is booing the players ok?

I know its not very p.c. and is largely frowned upon, but I can fully understand some fans booing the players off at the end when they've turned in disgraceful performances like on Saturday.

As true lifelong fans who care about OUR club, we should never accept non triers like we saw on Saturday.

Just for the record, I have never booed my team.

No, not in the situation we are currently in. I think we really need to start supporting the players in our hour of need. I know it's not easy but we are the supporters. There are enough people out there who will criticise us so let’s not add to it.

Anyone booing near me will get a bl00dy clip around the ear!

Well under NO circumstances would I ever boo a player individually, but I can understand why some would boo the TEAM off after a particularly abysmal performance. Trouble is that lately there has been booing JUST for losing and that to me is not on.
There is way too much hysterical moaning and groaning going on at the moment, some people sound like spoilt children for most of the 90 minutes.

Well I don't know about the players, but some of the fans at Peterborough on Saturday started throwing a tantrum after about 5 minutes, some seem to think we have the divine right to win every game.

What a strange thing to say after looking at out last 13 games and our last away win was October 24th at Derby, nearly 4 months ago.

Never have or would do even if player has been useless, but after the game vent my anger on boards like WATRB

If highly played players make no effort - they deserve to be booed IMHO, but that is the only reason.
If they play terribly week after week, but try 100% I would not boo the player as it is the managers job to sort that.

Footballers now are not loyal and many seem ungrateful when they are the luckiest people alive! If they are happy to take the money from the fans and not put a shift in because they want a move, or are fed up - then they deserve to be booed.

At Peterborough the display was pathetic and most of the players deserved the booing, but in my mind what showed to me that a few individuals cared about QPR was the fact they came over and clapped the supporters afterwards in recognition that WE had spent hard earned money following them on a dire day. The ones that just trudged off DON'T GIVE A F**K! If you want team spirit and the backing of the fans all of the team should have been forced by the manager after the match to acknowledge the fans EFFORT! HARFORD COULD NOT GIVE A TOSS!

Yup, boo the barstewards that look like they're not trying, and those that give anyone in the crowd a funny look that they don't understand.

Set up some stocks in South Africa Road outside the Springbok so we can really tell them what we think while we hurl rotten fruit and veg at them.

That'll show them what we think of them.
