Your Avatar is the image that appears next to your posts.

If you click on "User CP" (CP means control panel) You'll see an option on the left to "Edit Avatar".

You'll see from clicking there that you can select avatars we have uploaded, or an image from a website e.g. http://ll-999.ea.com/sonet-easw/2.8....rg/team_15.gif

Or upload your own from your computer.
