        There fans stayed away because there own fans had been saying it would be a blood b ath down the uxbridge road
        bit like the stoke fans the ones i spoke too were terrified of qpr fans

          Was a bit less than i expected.And congratulations to their fans for supporting the Downs kiddies.Burnley were great when they were here and the Downs kids were here.

            I actually had a tear in my eye when they did their lap of honour.

                Many stayed away after last season when the police 'escorted' a large group of their fans from the pubs to the ground stopping regularly ensuring most missed over 30 mins if the first half...

                    Loved it when they started shouting "you only sing when you are winning" then went pretty quiet as soon as we scored the winner...

                    Still, credit to them for the applause, thought it was great the way the fans all cheered those kids. 20 yrs ago you can just imagine some of the horrible things that prob wd have been screamed out from certain *****s...
