A Hoddle or McClaren type of coach would be very useful to those lads and our club going forward. Imagine Furlong being coached by Hoddle to make him a good right wing back ans Manning Eze, Etc Etc Etc
Can you honestly see the people we need coming here to work under the present regime , quality football men have reputation and a CV to preserve

Maybe we are looking at it the wrong way and need to get coaches in to develop these bright young things and have a first team coach who works with them and is responsible for first team affairs. Lots of clubs have coaches in place and a head coach takes charge of the first team. More of a continental approach but maybe the way forward.

Well Les appointed the super coach to work with the accademy and since he's working with other things , we have have a under 21s coach who seems to being a decent enough job there , could he work with Ollie doing 1st team duty I don't know but find it hard to believe he could be worse than what's happening now

I farking hope not mate that would be a disaster filling the kids heads with to many tact ticks just over coaches players and takes away any freedom and adventure young people have , look at BOS Smythe Ezee and Otta play don't let coach fill their heads with that , and it will it give them indiscision , no what what kids need in training and ressy games is to be played in all different positions before settling into what's considered their best position to give them an understanding of what each team mates needs , that's the way the kids are taught at Ajax and most Dutch and German sides
