don't think they can lawfully use fans footage but they will look at it , that in itself cannot be enough to get him banned

I am sticking completely with my earlier statement. Its just paper talk and stirring. They won't be allow to use a fans camera as evidence and they will be breaking the law if they were to use that against him. No ban for Robinson and yes he has got lucky on this one. TV evidence would be a whole new ball game.
