  • If we go down...

If we go down and many fear... Do you think the size of the fine the league hands us will remain the same?

Surely FFP fine is based on the size of the club? Surely the fine for a premier league club isn't the same for a league one club !

Personally I do not believe we will go down, but it is an interesting thought?

Hasn't the fine been imposed and we are challenging it.

The fine is for past misdemeanours and therefore would remain the same. The fine compared to the size of the club is what the failed appeal was based on.
Premier league clubs have a different set of rules which is why they refused to collect fines from promoted clubs under the old rules

If we do go down i think it would be very damaging to the club and could take years to get back up and financially it could completely cripple us. I think if we were to go down and start badly crowds could be back down to 9/10000

If only that was the case...Fernandes would easily find the 50p we'd have to pay !

i cant actually see the fine sticking tbh, its based off of the old ffp rules which they amended after realising how difficult it is for clubs to remain in line with them. its a world record fine imposed on a small london club which would have difficulty paying it off so i reckon the fine will be drastically lowered to around 10m or so. i just cant see any court ruling in the fa's favour, it'd be like some old gay man being arrested for sodomy due to it being illegal 60 years ago

Don’t think we will go down and don’t think we will get fine of size it is in the end but not because of league we’re in but because it’s wrong and unfair

Does anyone know what's happening about FFP

A/ Are we going to pay and then if so are we free again
B/ If we don't pay do we stay in limbo like we are now
                          Anyone ??

if we pay the fine, we are free of ffp,

                            b, is correct.

To B or not to B, that is the question.
