I think you will find most of my posts are trying to put a counter argument to the endless doom mongering on here. I'm a reasonably optimistic person but I had and still have doubts about IH.
However, given the injuries and financial constraint we currently have I think we are doing OK. That makes me a happy clapper apparently. As I have said before there is plenty of opinions between the two extremes.

Save the money we'd have to pay IH for sacking him...save the money we'd pay a new manager who would most likely be on more wages (if you want more quality) and save money if we have to buy them form another team

Spend on a striker. It's all we need.

You're assuming that Hollohead would actually play said striker.

Nothing suggests a new striker would get a reasonable chance while Mackie and Washington are able to run about a bit.

Koeman a free agent still a good manager, have him rather than IH, probably works better with a smaller club.

Bill I like Olly and would love him to get it right and be here in 3 years but he isn’t doing a great job, he is doing poor to ok. Agreed changing him might not be the best thing to do at the moment and who would we bring in anyway, as I don’t see anyone inspirational about.

Has he been sacked then? Doubt he'd drop a league. He'd probably go back to Europe somewhere.

You really think we could get Ronald Koeman ffs?
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
