We are like a little kids' team following the ball around. All effort, f all results. Entertaining enough and a good deal better than last year. Ultimately we are limited and will struggle to get points against anyone in this division.

Sunderland and Bolton will get their best results of the season against us. We are just not good enough.

Mods, are there monthly prizes given out for the most irrational, pathetic, whimpering posts.
It can be the only explanation.

There's 4-5 teams in a much worse state than us.

If I were Olly, I'd go to the board and tell them that if they give him a decent budget for the January window to find two strikers and a winger, then I believe we can push for top six next season, if not this one.

We've got a great keeper, our backs are very decent (Baptiste and Robinson are playing great at the moment, Bidwell is solid and we still have Perch, Ned and Hall coming back from injury) our midfield is phenomenal for championship level (we also have decent depth in Manning, Boyisek ect). It's just up front that's letting us down.

Wszolek is a good winger but at the moment all the pressure is on him to produce decent crosses, and other teams know that hence all the pressure they place on him. Lua Lua looks dangerous at times but is way to inconsistent. Our strikers are below par to say the least. Smith looks okay and could make a decent impact sub, but you definitely don't want him to be your clubs best striker, which he currently is. Sylla has potential but it is so damn lazy when the balls not in the box. Washington and Mackie are essentially the same player, starting one of them to run around and tire the defence out to later be subbed off could work, but the two of them together? Ehh.
          Good post that.

            If there is, my turn!

Will we have a London derby game next season against Charlton?

Shodipo is half decent mate, but raw. I reckon he needs a loan spell or 2 before you could consider picking him ahead of the other wingers that we have.

The one youth player that I suspect could make a difference at the moment is Eberechi Eze. Down at Wycombe on loan, where they've been playing him on the wing I think. But given our goal shy forward line, and the fact his natural position is up front, might be worth bringing him back into the fold in January when his loan expires. Would give us a different option off the bench.

Bolton and Sunderland will get at least a point which will confirm what we all want to deny. We are $hit.

Our performance against Fulham wasn't that of a team that's going down. A few small tweaks to the set up and we'll be fine. We were playing long balls but weren't winning the second ball. We need play with wingers not wing-backs. Our strikers need to be getting the ball around the 6 yard box not on the edge of 18 yard box as none of them can score from there or have good movement off the ball.

The result was though. 3 points from the last 15. We need a win and quick.

personally feel, if freeman keeps playing the way he is, i can see a bottom half prem team snap him up.

True tarbs i agree about raw, but raw and unafraid to have a go`s what would do us good in my opinion but ive always enjoyed that side, but can see why he wasnt getting picked before with his defensive side not being good! just liked the look of him and on the left side for me

                            No chance mate.
The gulf is so big now we have all forgotten.
