  • what is our strongest back four.

when everyone is fit of course.

at the moment, even without a prolific goalscorer we are at least managing to hit the back of the net.
will perch, hall and ned when fit, jump straight back into the team.

i'd say yes, but who would be the best left back to join them......bidwell, baptiste,?

Not sure but with things as they are Caulker ready or not now becomes a real option to play so time for him to stand up and get his career back on track

          lwb robinson
          cb baptiste
          cb hall
          cb ned
          rwb pavel

i think caulkers past it and won't break back into the side, hes in and out way too much and his contract is up in the summer anyway. i think robinson is a better fit at lwb than bidwell as he looks more comfortable on the ball and going forward. we badly need some defenders to be fit asap lol

Sadly that back 5 won't be together anytime soon.

We don't usually play a back four - it's normally a back five (with WBs), so the strongest would be:

              Pawel, Baptiste, Hall, Onuoha, Bidwell.

If we ever play a back four you'd remove Baptiste.

Bidwell over Robinson all day long.

Pawel Baptiste Onuoha Hall Robinson (Don't rate Bidwell all that much)

That would be the back 5 for me

Yep, though thought Robinson was better against Boro than Millwall so hopefully will continue to improve and stay injury free.

thought pawel was more an attacking midfielder, if we do have a back 5, i'd rather stick someone more solid there.

                      hate back 5's, would rather play a 4-4-2 or a 4-4-1-1

                      pawel, luongo, scowen, freeman........midfield

honestly, still none the wiser with our two up front.

but that 3 becomes 5 set up is what has allowed us to be a more attacking force this term.

I'm still not sure what our plan B set up is, if it involves a rear 4 then 4-3-3 would suit us (and Olly) better than either of the formations you suggest. IMO, of course......

When? Neds out till 2018 and you would prefer Pawel to Perch?

All combinations look like they will concede goals but I would probably go for the strongest we could put together as being:

                              Pavel Perch Onuha Hall Bidwell
