  • Cardiff Away next Weekend

Sorry if this is better being moved to a different thread. Are there people planning on spending the night in Cardiff as I'm looking to go for the weekend and would be good to go out with Rs fans for the night? Or will everyone be heading off back to London that evening?

Rattlers are up the spout. Need to get 2, then a bus
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Due to 2 heart attacks and medicine have to restrict my drinking anyway. Bright side haven't smoked for 16 months. Pays for my season ticket plus.

Cheers Mucker, a low carb diet is the key, 70 carbs a day max, hard for a beer drinker like me, but there are no carbs in Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, spirits etc and wine is reasonably low carb as well.

My wife has come up with some amazing low carb meals.

Of course this has nothing to do with Cardiff away.

Good man, Dave. My dad has swapped beer for red wine (and/or spritzers) but he drinks it like it's beer. He's lost weight but still has the diabetes. I'll tell him about the low carbs as he's a spud man. To your good health, sir

Bread is the worst of all, and I love toast.
