                Think tactical consistency is the key. We didn't have that last term and early signs are encouraging.

                You only really need a couple of game plans with everyone knowing their job. Last term we had about five and as a result no one knew a r s e from
                elbow. As long as Olly stays on the rails in this department we'll be fine.
