fantastic story of heroism, then you see the story of traffic wardens putting tickets on abandoned cars
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Great respect for him having a go, 3 like him would have done the 3 ########s no problem, great spirit from Roy, we should pay for his day out at Loftus road, ticket beer food the whole lot.

His friends wanted to raise £500, but the public have pitched in £35,000 and counting. In £10's and £20's mostly. A genuine good news story. One far removed from the manufactured nonsense of the vigil, the hashtag, and the happy clapping singing of Kumbaya. Let's hope the hero is fully back on his feet for the new season.

Would a Chelsea fan get the same respect?

Yes I think they would, any one standing up and defending themselves and others against this type of scum deserves the freedom of the city
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Yes, without doubt. Odd and unnecessary comment?

Even a Fulham fan would get the exact same level of respect if he threw his Butler at the murdering scumbags.
