It seems that eventually we're doing something right. Sterling apart, when was the last time that bigger clubs came asking for our youths? When was the last time the club made any money from sales of players that came through our academy? We sold one for £500,000. Forget his name. Manning, and now Bowler, are attracting interest from the Premier. So, slowly but steadily, the club is moving at the right direction. I do not agree that these players should be sold. Eventually, they could be sold, if need be, when their value is much higher. In the meantime, we could slowly built a young team that will make us proud again.

Good points but from memory we have always had youth players converted by others
