  • Tinkermans contract

I believe that he has a two and a half year contract.
Don't think they will be getting rid of him soon then it might cost too much

Yeah, Clive properly got stuck into Ollie in that report, didn't he?

I actually agreed with more or less every word of it!

Any other club would move him on. Think unlikely here though. Just don't think board will man up and do what's needed. His record appalling (and excuses given by Olliephiles less than convincing) and signs really not good going forwards. Will be another mid season change next season which is no good to anyone.

Things is JFH's results were nowhere near as bad as two six game run of defeats and he got the boot. Any other manager in the league, probably world football would most certainly have been sacked after those and other results against teams around the bottom either side of them let alone so much tinkering after a good run of results unsettling the confidence and mentality of the players. The owners have to start looking at it from a footballing and business sense and not whether decisions would upset a couple of "club legends" so to speak. Club personnel history status means nothing if the club is going on a downward spiral of results and league position. The board need to treat this as a business decision before it gets worse.

He's not going anywhere so we may as well get behind him and the team now

We need a midfield general and captain so badly hope we buy won. Sidwell maybe on a free he's available

If he played the right players in the right positions we would do well but he just doesn't do this its frustrating
