      I rate Washington, not really a natural goalscorer but his finishing will only improve. Needs more composure in front of goal and that will only get better over time. He is working hard and making the chances for himself and others.

          It's fair to say Washington is a confidence player & after his start to the season it's very impressive Holloway has turned him into a very decent player !
          Under Les Ferdinand:

            It still baffles me how it took so long before he got a chance to play of the shoulder of a target man. No wonder Hasselbainks career didn`t last long. Personally I look forward to watch him against Derby and then Norway with our new coach Lars Lagerback in charge for the first time.....
