Watching that video took to long, there should be a ref watching the game on tv who can talk to the ref. Keep the game flowing, no need to slow it down.

100% this. There should be live refereeing from 5 officials (joke eh?)
At the very least should retrospective responsibility so diving is met with a ban. Wouldn't change results but at least we'd acknowledge the cheating ####-wits

True, just like they do on Sky and BT.
The game can even continue for a short while and the play called back I.e. a goal can be scored and incorrectly ruled offside and play continues, but the video ref can then inform the ref it should be given and so it stands afterall.
Yes it NEEDS to be brought in! Fifa say they wanna keep club football as close to grass roots as they can which is stupid as pro football is an entirely different game with entirely different consequences. Its stupid that refs are pretty much left to fend for themselves in games as they're bound to make mistakes, heck, every game ive been too this season ive seen the ref make numerous mistakes in each one, some of them more crucial than others.
Stupid that in this day and age we're still relying on just 3 pairs of eyes to register everything going on during a game, its impossible especislly given how crafty players are too.
Should have been brought in years ago, itd stop bad ref decisions and unsportsmanlike behaviour overnight!

wouldn't slow it down at all imo. Most decisions could be reached within 30 seconds which is a damn site less than how long the players argue the point in the Refs face.
Video aided refereeing should have been put in place years ago and blatant dives for penalties should be met with red cards.
Would soon stamp out all the dirty foreign cheats who have been coached to include diving as part of their game.
Instantaneous video umpiring over crucial decisions is used in cricket, rugby, tennis, US sports etc. So why not football, especially when so many ££££ and livelihoods can be at stake. Next obvious step.

Just last week in 3 televised games: QPR Burnley and Chelsea , there wrre plenty of errors made.

As you say, it takes less than the amount spent disputing the decision.
It would be like the goal line technology now used where the players no longer argue about whether the ball crossed the line or not.
I actually think allowing the ref to view the video himself and, if necessary, reverse his decision would be better for the game, rather than have some sort of TV official. That way he's not being overruled by someone from the stands and will then keep his authority during the game, rather than look like he doesn't know what he's doing.

Reasonable point but it isntthat he dpesnt k ow what he is doing, more like he cannot see everything or may have his view impeded.
