  • Fleming & Defence

Looked solid as a rock today not just back four but the midfield too. He's very vocal on side line.

He got some stick but he appears to have had an immediate impact. Players especially tonight looked positionally better

Excellent point west. Good to see some progress on that front and he's not been here that long

Our shape as a team looked the best I've seen since sir warnock.

Fleming being a former full back can only help furlong and bidwell improve

Definitely agree about shape. Looked organised and aggressive in the tackle. We also looked a real handful on the break. Outstanding performance against a side 3rd in the league with 3 consecutive wins.

            Agree.

Have seen an improvement in Bidwell lately, I thought the 2 centre halves were solid and young Furlong was brilliant last night.

If that's down to Fleming then he deserves all the credit in the world.

                Incredible thread... just incredible.

Don't worry, we can all hate and blame him again when we lose!

All fans are fickle mate, some less than others but I don't believe we're particularly worse than any other club!

                          Our new assistant

Have we had a discussion on him since he's started, not the the thread before he joined.

I was wondering if he has had any effect in the past few games, we're like a different team?

If playing three centre halves at Reading, with Hall moving out when we had the ball, was his idea....hat's off.

And maybe Bidwell's better performance is no coincidence either?
