Just beat Crystal Palace. Not a great start for Big Sam.

Good luck to Clement at Swansea seems like a nice bloke and shame it never happened for us with him when Redknapp left.

Interesting to see how he goes. This could rate as Tony's biggest ever mess-up to pick Ollie over Clement http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38505808

If he wanted to move away from the easy life he would have joined us like a shot.

Then again at the rate we sack managers, could have been having a very easy life after 6 months

Could've been Nasser's job. We would have saved a bundle!

Statistical analysis even worse than a DOF. Last time he spent money on transfers he got sacked about three weeks later.

Wanted him here before Ramsey and said so...... wanted him here pre JFH. Hilarious to think that one or two people felt that after Derby he was worth swerving, others questioned his credentials.

We've had maybe three opportunities to get him, and I simply don't believe that we didn't have the financial resources to make that happen. At the end of the day a good manager is worth a decent salary. We lacked the will and the suss to get him.

He had no credentials as a manager. Many, many great coaches have failed in management. Hindsight is a wonderful thing anyway and everyone has moved on.

We won't get a decent manager while we have that knobhead LF at the club.
