  • FFP..when are we actually going to get a decision??

Surely we need to know where we stand with this??

Was thinking the same thing. There seems something very strange going on? If this has reached a stalemate then surely they should come to an agreement or it should be dropped. Maybe it has already and we are being kept in the dark. As I say, something very strange going on.

Even if we pay the fine, we still won't have much money to spend.

As far as I know the league are f***ed!

They want to charge us on the old rules that were firstly installed for FFP. However because there was a change in the regulations under UK law we have to be charged on the new laws for FFP which now are alot more understanding and lenient to clubs who are initially relegated from the prem league.

Under the old rules I believe the Football league could fine us 40-60 mill but under the new laws we could be fined more like 7-15 mill or a smaller fine with a transfer embargo.

Say what you like but imo it suits the club to have this dragging on

Why because it gives the club a justification to carry on with the austare program while OAC hangs in the Ballance , could anybody argue against them not wanting to put more money into the club untill they can see a profitable business plan coming to fruition
