We need 2 or 3 players who know this league and can perform at this level right now along with hopefully 1 or 2 decent quality signings for this level. We wont be signing 5 or 6 absolutely quality players for this player and will be lucky if we get 1 or 2 of them. So some of the players we sign just need to be good enough to hold there own at this level and improve the squad!!

Mancienne would walk into Rb now ahead of Perch and is solid enough imo with decent experience at this level!
All of our defenders know this league just as well as mancienne, so I'm not sure you can argue to sign him based on that.
Ideally, we need a big physical presence at the back. Someone that isnt afraid to put his head where it hurts and get stuck in.

Nah, now more than ever our signings need to be the right ones.
Mancienne is no better than what we already have so no point adding another body just for the sake of it.

Perch abismal , Ned average on a good day poor captain , Robinson highly unlikely to ever be fit again , Bidwell not reached the standard required , so imo Manciene could do a better job

Two listed are left backs , a position mancienne doesn't play.

That leaves big Ned and perch, both of whom are just as good as him. I'd rather we sign a specialist RB instead of another cb that can do a job out there.

I 100% agree with you North about needing a big lump who gets his boots and head stuck in whee it hurts. Ideally that will be our CB.

I think Mancienne would do a decent job at RB and is a upgrade on Perch!

That's being idealist but our transfers haven't been ideal have they ? , but I seriously don't see Perch or Ned being as good as him , put him aside in an ideal world we need a bonifide left and right back with the kids as cover , so we need 2 f/bs a C/m A C/f plus for 2 wingers can you see us bringing 6 players possible if if we can get about 8/10 out then you have to ask is January enough time to do this ?

Chopper Harris and Norman Hunter types.

We won't be the best team but definatly the hardest.
