We need to be savy in this window and someone like Caulker offers us a great opportunity to get some decent money in and then reinvest it on a proven striker.
With the money available to prem clubs and Swansea desperate to stay in the league then we should hold firm for 8 mill!!

Would love 8 million but think we would be lucky to get about 2 million, that's if there is another club stupid enough to pay his wages

Not in today's market. We will pocket at least 5 mill if we sell Caulker its just whether we will hold a tough stance and use Swansea dire position to our advantage!

We would do well to get 4 million. Plus he's only got 18 months left on his contract so best to cash in asap. Will probably end up being a loan which is fine if they cover all his wages and a decent loan fee. Gives Holloway something to play with and CB is a position we are fairly stacked

we need to be looking at getting rid of the following.........

perch, ned, sandro, henry, el kyati, gladwin, chery,

and bring in a rightback ( calum paterson from dundee for me)

            a attacking midfielder (ravel)

striker (not got a farking clue)

how much that would raise i have no idea
            nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

I liked Swansea until they sacked Monk, played well, good players.

They look as woeful as us now but at least they score every now and then.

18 months is long enough to get a decent figure, but has he really shown that he's worth it? Played for England once ages ago and been relegated 3 times. Struggling to think who would want him.

I'd rather keep him and make him captain with Hall as CB pairing.

Loans will have to get us out of this mess as we are NOT going to attract the kind of players we NEED, given our new financial philosophy and current league position.

I'd rather that, get us away from relegation and look toward next season, rather than panic buy in Jan.

We should keep what quality we have.

Fairly stacked with CB ? Don't we will be saying that Saturday as Hall looks like the only one available, except for the kids.

The last two big earners are Caulker and Sandro if they both go that will help QPR a lot in wages saved , even if they don't command big transfer fees

We will shift these two big earners but if some have there way we will replace them with others as some were advocating paying Rhodes 60k a week to get him in

Fortunately the deal can't go through til after Saturday. Not like Caulker will be playing though

Why will Sandro go now? He's a free agent come June.
