  • Majority asking for Holloway out but....

....It's blatantly obvious when you watch the team play, that there isn't enough pace, quality or strength.

They are beaten to most balls, beaten off most balls and don't have the ability to make things happen when they do have it.

The only guys I saw playing today with a football brain working, were Smithies, Hall and Luongo, despite giving away a woeful penalty.

I'm not sure how Jimmy manufactured anything out of them to be honest, but he wasn't training them in strength, fitness, awareness or how to play the game like a professional team.

Holloway can't very well just make them believe they are better can he? Sure, he might not have a position in this club in the future, and he may well take us down, but it's the players lack of quality that's failing to plug the multiple holes in the ship.

We blame individuals but it's the whole team that's losing.

Six points off play offs when he left seventeen off them now that's some dip considering we have faced ipswich wolves Rotherham

        Those are the facts.

We would probably be in a better situation with Jimmy points wise, but the players would still ####ing useless, and we would still have to deal with that one day.

The bigger issue is - will our recruitment policy ever change whilst Ferdinand is calling the shots? Smithies aside (who I think is good without being great), I can't think of another player he's brought in who's been a success so far.

We have a good enough squad for a top 10 finish in this division.

Bang on mate. Not the best squad in the division, we can all see that. But where we're sat is an absolute disgrace with the players we have!

Except we don't. We're where we are at this stage of the season because we have one of the poorest sides in the division, with a few quality players alongside some utter dross.

I agree, which is why JFH played the way we did,it was very boring but we were midtable and 11 points above relegation zone

Just remember how we comfortably saw off Leeds on the opening day. We looked a proper team then!

Top 10 finish is a pipe dream and way way off reality. We need to get our heads around the #### we are in and quickly otherwise this football club could be lost

We have a good enough squad with a lot of international players. Even inexperienced Clueless Clown managed to keep us mid-table. Any proper manager and we would easily be top 10.

I really don't see that. No f acker can score. How on earth can we hit those heights?
