Looks like a player coach deal is on the table! I personally think him and Mackie would be pivotal in a relegation scrap! Mackie if fit walks into this team imo!
Where did you see Clint is coming back??

The relegation fears would be a hell of a lot less if he did come back.

Rightly so. Clint wont stand there and let us have our pants pulled down every week.

On the pitch, he wouldn't. It would be great to have Clint back in and around the club, but no way should he be starting games. IMHO of course.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Clint of last season would walk into our current lineup.
Although not sure on two left footers at cb if paired with ten inch.

We cling on to past times/players/managers far too much these days. Anything to clamber and harp back to something that reminds us of the good ole days.

We need new legends made to speak about, not the same old rhetoric of old ones.

Maybe a mixture of both? We lack wise-heads and leaders on the pitch....

HOOPS EYE HILL Rangers defender Clint Hill could be set for sensational return to QPR as Ian Holloway plots pre-contract move

Find this abit embarrassing. The club seems desperate and think bringing back as many old heroes is going to somehow sort us out. We don't need a 38 year old CB our defence is massively immobile as it is. Fernandes listening to the clueless twitter fans again ( not all of them are on twitter but there's a massive section of w.ankers on there who don't stop tweeting him)

Fordy. Fernandes needs guidance from someone as he has no clue how to run a football club. If he is listening to the fans then he should be hauling in ferdinand for his part in Hills departure in the summer.

Perhaps part of TF's delusion is he really thinks Twitter is representative of our fanbase as a whole, instead of those unable to string more than 140 characters together.

Still a good team, why did Holloway not stick with the 3 at the back? It was only given for 2 games

Would have got murdered on the counter with 3 at the back against the pace of Adomah and Kodja for Villa IMO...could possibly have used it against Derby but can understand why not.

I hate 3 at the back.

Unless you have decent options at wing back (i.e. players with a lot of pace who are useful in the final 3rd and prepared to track back), as well as centre halves comfortable playing in the system it is rarely successful in English football.

But that said, Chelsea are winning the league playing predominantly 3 at the back so what do I know? Guess it's easier to make it work when you have Nemanja Matic & N'Golo Kante shoring up the midfield. I think both players are immense!

How can you say we would get murdered at the back with 3 when 4 was bad aswell, shall we just play with 5 at that back and play 532 then,we have bidwell,Robinson and lynch for left side and perch onohua and mackie for right side
