Think Ollie would be well advised to keep a low profile regarding chat until we start firing on the pitch......

Double edged saw as i agree it would be better keeping a lower profile, when things aren't particularly great but then again it is his enthusiasm that might start to take effect with the players and we then start getting better results, jury still out for me but bit too soon to judge at the moment, we do need some results and performances soon though.

Yeah it's interesting to point he's telling the fans to lay off him well perhaps not that with the abuse news flying around , put this way he's telling the fans to give Cousins a break with out making him look like whimp that needs the guvenor to try to protect him the same when he later spoke about Elkyheti and the other whipping boys , I'd say being subtle

He was asked which player in the squad does he think is most like him when he was a player in terms of commitment, energy and work ethic, and he picked out Cousins. But he just needs more self-belief and love which he's now trying to instill in him.

Well if there's anyone that's going to make a player start believing in himself and pick up that player's confidence, it's Ian Holloway. Hope that happens and we see Cousins playing to the potential we all were sure he had.

Ollie said that Cousins runs a lot & reminds Ollie of himself, Ollie said that he wants Jordan to be cuddled in to the team because of how Charlton went down. Ollie was saying he can't wait to play Cousins & Washington
