What about Gerry Francis as the old head even if it's only on part time basis

Good mullet but well past it mate. Let him stay a legend
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Personally I'd do all I could to get ainsworth or bardsley

Bardsley always been so vocal about wanting to get a foot in the door at QPR but just never seemed to happen for him for whatever reason. Seems like he's doing well in the U.S. with his coaching.

If Bardsley coaches anywhere near the level he played then we should give it a go and get him back. Brilliant player back in the day.

Barnsley is someone I'd love to see back in a coaching role. Always liked him as a player.

Sorry Ginge but a small Yorkshire town taking on a coaching role at Rangers, is Ollie really aiming that big
But, Bardsley would be an excellent move
