4G is the mobile network, at least we know something.

When you're logged in as well?

Could you scroll down to the bottom and select "Mobile Style", see if it does it on that. You won't get the full site features though.

Same problem, the link looks dodgy as anything. Would advise people to close the tab and not click anything on the pop up
